In close cooperation with our customers we develop economic manufacturing methods in our special, self-developed and customized sintering aggregates, covering a range of high-performance materials, such as technical ceramics (e.g. SiC, Si3N4, BN, Al2O3-TiC/TiN, AlN, etc.), composite material (e.g. CMC, MMC, etc.) and hard metals.
Our skilled and qualified staff works for the consistent translation of your product ideas into practicable methods. In our well-equipped technical department we develop innovative sintering methods for you along with the corresponding production equipment based on your requirements.
At FCT Systeme you will find concentrated sintering know-how paired with broad-based industry and solution expertise, even for complex and challenging questions, in the fields of high-temperature sintering, hot pressing, gas pressure sintering and spark plasma sintering.
We can support you all the way from die design through the process parameters and up to the final heat treatment. This may also include individual FEM simulations for special die design.

In our technical department several of our self-developed furnace systems are available for our customers and can be used for the development of customized sintering concepts as well as basic feasibility test and contract orders. |
