Since the beginning of the development and production activities in the field of high-performance ceramics more than 35 years ago, our experienced specialists are involved.

Improvements or technology and equipments as well as of ceramic materials in the field of sintering and hot pressing technique could be realized. Beside the building of equipments, we started with the machining of ceramic components and step by step the entire process chain from the raw material to the finished component could be built up.

1982 the company KCE Sondermaschinen GmbH was founded to mainly supply ceramic manufactures with well-proven production equipments for the new, advanced ceramic materials and to develop and optimize such equipments.

This was the nucleus for the following independent companies of the FCT group:

Today, the FCT company group consists of three independent companies and is not only the leading manufacturer of hot presses, gas pressure sintering equipment and highest-temperature vacuum sintering furnaces but also a competent knowhow partner, manufacturer of large and highest-precision components of engineering ceramics and precision-machiner of superhard materials.
